DATE: 03/11/10 LOCATION: Essex St. INCIDENT: Solicitors selling cleaning spray. Solicitors refused to leave the area after instructed to do so. ACTION TAKEN: After refusing to leave the sheriffs’ office was called. Security officer retained the solicitor until Sheriffs’ Deputies arrived. Solicitors did leave and were told not to return.

DATE: 03/05/10 TIME: 1818 LOCATION: E. Alaska St. INCIDENT: Resident called concerning unknown object in the middle of the road. Action Taken: Security officer arrived to investigate. The object was located and removed.

DATE: 03/02/10 TIME: 2100 HRS LOCATION: Citrus Hills Lodge INCIDENT: Window was found open and screen removed. ACTION TAKEN: Security officer conducted a security check of property hotel management was notified.

DATE: 2/19/10 TIME: 1819 HRS LOCATION: E. Liberty St. INCIDENT: Officer on duty received call that unknown people were at the door. Security Officer arrived near residents address and seen 3 people walking down the street. Officer questioned the three people and they stated that they are solicitors from ADT Security Systems. ACTION TAKEN: Security Officer instructed the solicitors to leave. They all three left with no incident. Two more solicitors were also found and ordered to leave.

DATE: 02/09/10 TIME: 1903 HRS LOCATION: Fresno ave.. INCIDENT: Resident reported unauthorized activity in vacant property. ACTION TAKEN: Report taken from concerned resident. The property in question was examined by security officer. The owner of the property was then contacted.

DATE: 02/06/10 TIME: 0020 LOCATION: Citrus Hills Lodge INCIDENT: Drunk and disorderly person hanging around hotel property refusing to leave. ACTION TAKEN: Person was escorted off property by security officer.

DATE: 01/23/10 LOCATION: E. Hartford St. INCIDENT: Received message on security phone explaining that between the hours of 3am and 4am a golf cart was stolen from his residence. ACTION TAKEN: Resident was contacted, Golf cart was found abandoned.

DATE: 01/11/10 TIME: 1625 HRS LOCATION: W. Pearson St. INCIDENT: Between 10:00 a.m and 12:00 p.m a trash cart was stolen from residents driveway. ACTION TAKEN: Report filed and searching while on patrol. Turned over to Citrus County Sheriffs’ office.
